Milko Dale celebrates 5 years of service

Our colleague Milko Dale is celebrating his 5-year work anniversary at Oldenburger|Fritom this month. Milko works as a warehouse operator within our Warehousing, VAS & E-Fulfilment business unit.

In this role, Milko, together with his colleagues, focuses on warehousing activities for customers active in various industries. These include the high-tech, food, and e-commerce industries, among others.

Milko is also part of our team of cargo surveyors. Earlier this year, he obtained the cargo surveyor diploma. This authorizes Milko to perform gas measurements on incoming shipping containers. If the measurement indicates this, he is also authorized to degas it by means of sustainable ventilation.

Furthermore, Milko is one of the culture carriers within our organization. Our culture carriers brainstorm with their colleagues about our personal leadership trainings. Together with colleague and culture carrier Oscar Engelen, Milko takes the lead in this regard within our warehousing operation.
